I am currently reading the book “Naked Money” written by Charles Wheelan. I am actually listening to the audiobook, not really reading it, which is the best way to take advantage of my scarce time. This year, I have listened to 10 books on my commute and I only live 15 minutes away from work!

Generally, Charles explains in this book how money has evolved to paper currency today, and why having money backed by gold is not a great idea. The book also mentions the importance of each country’s central bank, and the relationship between the currencies around the world. Really good book, it helped me see money in a different way.
